Samantha Browning loves going on thrifting adventures and watching TikTok videos. One day, she came across a video of a woman painting a wooden dollhouse in black. Guided by excitement, she decided to try to make her own.
The expedition began, and soon she had found a colorful dollhouse for only $8, which she later transformed into a black, spooky one. She made a couple more and shared it on her Facebook profile, receiving more than 15K reacts and 25K comments.
In an interview with Bored Panda, Browning said that she needed anywhere from 5 to 10 hours to finish each house. “The first one was 5 hours because I didn’t plan on doing much more than the spray paint and a few details but the dollhouses have so many of their own designs molded into them that you can really spend any amount of time changing them to fit the theme you’re going for,” she explained.”
