FILMography is a brainchild of a journalist and photographer named Christopher Moloney. The Canada-based artist takes photographs of the places where some of the biggest Hollywood movie scenes were filmed.
According to the photographer’s website, Moloney has recreated film scenes in big cities all around the world: New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, Chicago, San Antonio, Orlando, Rome, Naples, Ischia
From Breakfast at Tiffany’s to Forrest Gump, the black and white photos of the original scene are superimposed at the actual place, giving an incredible contrast as well as similarity.
